An August trial date has been set in the case of a man charged in the shooting death of a Windsor man.

20-year-old Ryan Waters of Decatur faces four counts of murder and a count of armed robbery with a firearm. The counts stem from the shooting death of Zachary Hubbartt of Windsor who was found dead in a house in Decatur last August 27.

Waters had been slated to go on trial in April, but attorneys had not completed their discovery in time for that date.

A co-defendant in the case, Jason White of Decatur, is next due in court on June 27 for a pre-trial hearing. White is also charged with murder.

A third defendant, Autumn Billings of Decatur, is charged with obstruction of justice. She is next due in court on August 6 for a pre-trial hearing.

Decatur police were dispatched to an abandoned house in Decatur where Hubbartt's body was found. An autopsy determined that Hubbartt's death was due to multiple gunshot wounds.
