St. Elmo resident Erik Nohren has been sentenced to prison.

The 38-year-old Nohren pled guilty in October to two counts of aggravated DUI.

Judge Don Sheafor sentenced Nohren to three years in prison for one offense, and two years for the other. The sentences will run concurrently.

Also in Fayette County Court, 47-year-old Ramsey resident Wendell Lash received prison time.

Lash pleaded guilty to violating his probation on offenses of concealing a fugitive and unlawful failure to register as a sex offender.

Lash was sentenced to 33 months, or two years, nine months in prison for the offenses.
