Effingham Man Injured in Crash Sunday Night

An Effingham man was injured in a crash late Sunday night.

Effingham County Sheriff's Department reports 29-year-old Jonathan Kabbes was southbound on North 4th Street Road, about a half-mile south of 1800th Avenue, when the crash occurred at 10:50pm.

Deputies report Kabbes' car left the roadway to the right and struck a concrete bridge wall.

Kabbes was taken to HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham. No citations were issued.
