Mock Crash Planned at Dieterich

A mock crash demonstration is planned next week at Dieterich High School.

The demonstration will take place at 10am Tuesday, May 1. 

The Effingham County Sheriff's Office has advised that at that time there will be several emergency vehicles responding to the area near the memorial in Dieterich. The Dieterich, Montrose and Teutopolis Fire Departments, Effingham County Sheriff's Department, Abbott EMS and Air Evac will participate in the demonstration.

If rain is a factor on Tuesday, the rain date for the mock crash is Thursday, May 3.
