Kibler, Campbell on "Fox and Friends"

Effingham County State's Attorney Bryan Kibler and Effingham County Board Vice-Chairman Dave Campbell made an appearance on "Fox and Friends" this morning.

Kibler and Campbell discussed the County Board's vote Monday to declare the county a "sanctuary county" for weapons should the Illinois General Assembly take action on legislation banning weapons and if the Board views the measures as "unconstitutional".
