50th Annual SAA Banquet Thursday

The 50th Annual Society for Academic Achievement Banquet is set for Thursday.

The SAA Banquet honors the Top 5% of the senior, junior and sophomore classes at Effingham and St. Anthony high schools. The Banquet is sponsored by the Effingham Sunrise and Noon Rotary clubs. Sunrise is the host club this year.

The event will be held at 6:30pm in the Multi-Purpose Room at St. Anthony High School. 

This year's honorees include seniors Kaylee Allred, Zoe Bridges, Kourtney Cordes, Reilly Durham, Maria Dust, Emily Kelly, Bryce Lohman, Grace Lybarger, Will O'Bryan, Ryan Sandifer and Jacob Swan of Effingham High School and Alex Beesley, Ethan Rozene and Maryann Saba of St. Anthony High School...juniors Meg Richards, Carly Spraul, Bryson Wall and Ava Wegman of St. Anthony High School and Abigail Burgess, Madison Buscher, Brian Campbell, Jamie Dillow, Bayleigh Flynn, Miranda Fox, Olivia Fritcher, Keira Hirtzel, Cooper Jackson, Noah McCammon, Kaleb Kihne, Payton Koester, Isabella Munoz, Ty Sprakties, and Becca Webster of Effingham High School...and sophomores Jaelyn Boone, Jeanette Bovard, Emma Budde, Carsyn Bushue, Kennedy Collier, Clayton Cramsey, Camryn Crowell, Benjamin Donsbach, Josie Forbes, Austin Hagen, Kaitlyn Holste, Adia Jennings, Catherine Koterba, Morgan Krouse, Teagan Maloney, Olivia Martin, Seth McMurray, Tate Niebrugge, Zeel Patel, Andrew Qiu, Emaan Rauf, Rachel Sloss, Olivya Smith, Samuel Thompson, Austin Waldhoff and Andrew Womack of Effingham High School and Michael Kaldas, Emilee Mossman, and Katherine Slaughter of St. Anthony High School.
