The Louisville Rotary Interact club is a service organization made up of high school students from the greater Louisville area. This group of 15 high school students pick a service project each year to work on as a team. The 2018 project is raising $30,000 to provide a service dog to a veteran suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

The students would like to challenge each of you to take two actions. One, donate $10 as part of 3K10. If 3000 people give $10 the students will achieve their goal. The second challenge is to come out for the Pets for Vets military obstacle course Saturday, April 28 at the North Clay school grounds.

The event will kick off with a 5K followed by a kid’s military obstacle course competition, adult competition and finally a team competition. Teams of four are encouraged to come out and show how tough they are while supporting a great cause.

Football teams, track teams, basketball teams, businesses, friends and families are encouraged to join up as team and compete during the team event.
