Beccue Murder Trial Still Set for June

The murder trial of Alexander Beccue is still scheduled for June.

Beccue, a St. Peter resident, is charged in the shooting death of Joshua Smith of Ramsey last August. The 24-year-old Beccue is also charged with counts of possession of a stolen motor vehicle and possession of a weapon by a felon.

During a hearing Tuesday, a further pre-trial hearing was scheduled for April 24.

Beccue's trial is set to begin June 18.
