(THE 2018 EFFINGHAM COUNTY C-E-O CLASS)

One of the highlights of the Effingham County CEO Class year is less than three weeks away.

The 2018 Effingham County CEO Experience will be held Wednesday, March 7 at the Thelma Keller Convention Center. Registration will begin at 11am, with sessions from 1 to 5:45pm. Advance registration is $50 for adults and $30 for students. The day of conference registration fee is $60 for adults and $40 for students.

Keynote speakers are Dr. Rich Bailey, inventor of Billy-Bob Teeth, on "Design a Business That Fits" and Cordia Harrington, founder and owner of The Bakery Companies, who will speak on "Buns of Steel".

Both keynote speakers have ties to Effingham County and both have seen a need for products and have met the need through products and companies they developed.

Breakout sessions will be led by Dr. Bailey on "Chewing the Fat With Billy Bob", Dr. Peter Kollinger on his "Incredible 90+ Year Journey", Diane Rieck and Jamie Rieck on "Faces of Change", Alexis Teichmiller on "The Art of Social Media", Jennifer Vahling on "Hiring for Fit", and Tara Vandersande on "Leveraging Your Emotional Intelligence".

A unique aspect of the Experience is that is put together by the CEO students with assistance from their teachers Christie Sayers and Lisa Teichmiller and the mentors from the area business community that work with the students throughout the class year.
