Altamont Board Accepts Fritchtnitch's Resignation

Altamont school board members Monday officially accepted Jeff Fritchtnitch's resignation as superintendent.

The resignation is effective June 30. 

Fritchtnitch was hired last week by the Mt. Vernon School District to serve as superintendent. He is to assume those duties July 1.
