Details on Sunday Morning Crash at Keller and Hampton

Details were released Wednesday on a crash with injuries Sunday morning at Keller Drive and Hampton Drive in Effingham.

City police report a vehicle driven by 16-year-old Bailey Prosser of Lakewood rear-ended a vehicle driven by 23-year-old Destiny Kramer of St. Elmo.

The crash happened at 10:45am. Prosser was injured, but refused treatment. Prosser was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid the crash.
