Elderly Kinmundy Woman Escaped Injury When Pickup Struck Store

A 90-year-old Kinmundy woman escaped injury when her pickup truck hit the front of the Kinmundy General Store late Tuesday afternoon.

Erma Devall apparently mistook the gas pedal for the brake when she hit the building just below the window and dented it in.

The impact was enough to knock down some of the indoor shelving.

No one in the store was injured.
