Flora Police and the Southeastern Illinois Drug Task Force have arrested two people on meth delivery charges.

44-year-old Robert Sherman of Flora had bond set at $200,000 on two counts of delivery of meth. 22-year-old Trinity Payne of Louisville had bond set at $30,000 for delivery of methamphetamine.

Both suspects were arrested Saturday after a joint investigation by the Southeastern Illinois Drug Task Force and the Flora Police Department with the assistance of the Clay County States Attorneys Office.

Sherman and Payne were both unable to post bond and later incarcerated in the Clay County Jail at Louisville.
