It will take days, if not weeks for forensic investigators to determine the identity of human remains found Tuesday on a farm south of Boyleston.

Wayne County Coroner Jimmy Taylor says Illinois State Police detectives, along with an FBI forensics team have joined the investigation.

The scene is in a very remote part of Wayne County and has been secured by law enforcement as the investigation continues.
