Bingham Named to Midland Board

Midland States Bank today announced that R. Dean Bingham of Effingham was appointed to the Bank’s board of directors.

Jeff Smith, Chairman of Midland States Bank Board of Directors said, "Dean brings a wealth of experience, from his involvement in the area to his extensive knowledge with industrial real estate. Dean is a perfect fit for our board and will play a key role in the continued growth of Midland."

Bingham currently serves as the President and Chief Operation Officer of Agracel, Inc., a provider of industrial development services to agriculture based communities. His professional experience includes positions of financial analysis and manufacturing engineering and spans three decades before joining Agracel, Inc. He has received his B.S. of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Bingham currently serves on the Board of Directors for Effingham Regional Alliance and Effingham County Community Foundation. He and his wife Colleen serve as advocates and work to provide guidance for child health care around the area.
