Four vehicles were involved in a chain-reaction crash on the Banker Street overpass just after noon Wednesday.
City police say a vehicle driven by 17-year-old Haley Koester of Effingham rear-ended a vehicle driven by 28-year-old Wendy Probst of Dieterich, causing Probst's vehicle to rear-end a vehicle driven by 24-year-old Aaron Walters of Effingham, in turn causing Walters' vehicle to rear-end a vehicle driven by 92-year-old Lowell Billingsley of Flora.
No one was injured. Koester was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid the crash.
