Great Day of Giving for Harmony Playground

Almost $80,000 was raised Tuesday for Harmony Playground.

It was one big day of giving on Giving Tuesday. Contributions started early and continued until the 5pm deadline. 

The day started with a goal of raising $100,000 to collect all of the money needed to complete the all-inclusive playground to be built north of the tennis courts at Evergreen Hollow Park. Now, little more than $20,000 remains to be raised. The final total for the day announced by Aaron Myers on our 5pm newscast was $78,439.
