A Windsor woman is a big Lottery winner.

Lisa Doss had won $1,000 twice playing scratch-off games. This time, she won $1,000,000 with the same game.

The bus driver scratched a $300,000,000 Cash Spectacular ticket and instantly won the million.

Doss said everyone has been very positive when finding out she was a big winner. She plans to take the lump-sum payout of about $600,000 and said she will invest her winnings.

The winning ticket was sold at the EK Petro Mart in Windsor. The store will get 1% of the overall prize, or $10,000.
