Effingham City Police report at 11:57am Monday at the intersection of Temple and Maple a vehicle driven by Michael R. Shock, 46 of Noble, struck a vehicle driven by James P. Faber, 62 of Watson.

Faber sustained injuries but refused treatment. 

Shock was ticketed for Disobey Stop Sign.
