Three individuals have been arrested by Effingham City Police on drug charges.

Police Chief Jeff Fuesting said 18-year-old Noah Rebollo of Effingham was arrested on a count of manufacture or delivery of 30 to 500 grams of cannabis. Rebollo and two others, 20-year-old Erica Guthrie of Effingham and 41-year-old Kellie Rebollo of Effingham, were each arrested on a charge of possession of cannabis plants.

Fuesting said the arrests were made at a residence in the 1000 block of Franklin Avenue.

The chief said police recovered narcotics along with currency they believe was generated by drug sales.
