Effingham Water Authority trustees addressed questions from Matt Kabbes at this month's meeting.

Kabbes had questions regarding a different location for Effingham Fence and Railing. He asked how long he would be able to stay at their current location.

Lake Superintendent Mike Dirks said he does not anticipate needing the building until possibly next summer, and has no immediate plans to ask Kabbes to relocate his business.

One bid was opened for oil. The winning (lowest) bid was awarded to Larry Heuerman.

Meanwhile, trustee Rob Brown discussed the proposed New Leaseholder Checklist.
