Two Injured in Crash at Fayette and Mulberry

Two people were injured in a crash at Fayette and Mulberry shortly before 6pm Thursday.

City police say a vehicle driven by 41-year-old Eric Petticrew of Dieterich struck a vehicle driven by 60-year-old Deborah Hoffman of Effingham. 

Hoffman and Petticrew's passenger, two-year-old Declan Petticrew of Dieterich, were injured and both were transported by ambulance to HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

Eric Petticrew was ticketed for failure to yield.
