Early Dismissal of Schools in Town Friday

Effingham Unit 40 schools, as well as St. Anthony and Sacred Heart schools, will have a half-day of attendance on Friday for school improvement work.

Here's the dismissal schedule:

10:50am--Central Early Childhood Special Education Preschool only

11:35am--Early Learning Center for buses

11:45am--Early Learning Center for parent pickup

11:50am--Effingham High School and St. Anthony High School

12 Noon--Effingham Junior High School, Central School, South Side School, St. Anthony Grade School, and Sacred Heart School
