Additional charges have been filed against the Sikeston, Missouri man involved in a fiery crash that resulted in the death of two men at Flora last month.

65-year-old Walter Pollock has been charged with three counts of aggravated DUI resulting in a death, as well as two counts of reckless homicide. Pollock was also charged with possession of methamphetamine and two motor carrier violations, as well as DUI drugs, improper lane usage and a logbook violation.

State Police say Pollock's semi crossed the centerline of US Route 50 at Stanford Road in Flora about 6am on July 27. Pollock's rig struck a minivan driven by Eric Bosel of Noble, then struck a utility vehicle driven by Jacob Stewart of Olney. Both the Bosel vehicle and the Stewart vehicle caught fire after the collision.

Pollock was in Clay County Circuit Court and has posted bond. He is next due in court on September 13 for a preliminary hearing.
