Sunday Crash Injures Vernon Woman

A Sunday crash in Effingham injured a Vernon woman.

City police say the crash happened at Keller Drive and Hampton Drive at 2:28pm. A vehicle driven by 25-year-old Elizabeth Mortsfield of Vernon struck a vehicle driven by 72-year-old Coleen Ragsdale of Charleston.

Mortsfield was injured, but refused treatment. 

No citations were issued.
