Injury Crash in Effingham on Tuesday

Effingham city police have released information on a crash with an injury that occurred Tuesday afternoon.
The crash happened just after 4:30pm at Banker Street and Hoffman Drive.
Police said a vehicle driven by 23-year-old Nicholas Roley of Effingham pulled into the path of, and was struck by, a vehicle driven by 21-year-old Kristen Cramsey of Mason.
Cramsey was injured, but refused treatment.
Roley was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
