Here's what's on tap at the Effingham County Fair on Wednesday, August 9:

1pm--Topline Harness Racing (it's the 20th anniversary of the Topline Circuit at Altamont; hear the action on KJ Country 102.3 and www.kjcountry.com)

5:30pm--4-H Auction

6:30pm--Tractor Pull

7pm-Hasting's Filters and Dust and Son Truck, Tractor, and Antique and Blower Classes

No action on the Free Stage tonight.

The judging schedule: Class H cats at 8am, Class H rabbits at 8am
