Effingham Man Injured in Crash at Keller and Heritage

An Effingham man was injured in a crash at Keller Drive and Heritage Avenue Wednesday night.

66-year-old Charles Bierman struck a vehicle driven by 48-year-old Nancy Foster of Sullivan at 8pm. Bierman was transported by private vehicle to HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

Bierman was cited for disobeying a traffic control device.
