Railroad Crossing Closed at John Deere Street

CSX Railroad has just notified the City of Effingham that the CSX crossing at John Deere Street (1550th Street) will be closed starting today – Monday, July 3 at Noon and will remained closed until Noon on Thursday, July 5. The CSX Railroad has informed the City of Effingham that they will be working on the crossing over the July 4th Holiday.

The crossing at Crystal Club Road (1600th Street) will remain open while CSX RR is working on the John Deere Street (1550th Street) crossing.
