Storm Elected Lake Land Board Chairman

Effingham's Dave Storm has been elected chairman of the Lake Land College Board of Trustees. Storm was chosen at a reorganizational meeting of the Board Monday night in the wake of the April board election.

Storm succeeds Gary Cadwell of Mode, who has served as board chairman the past two years.

Doris Reynolds of Mattoon was chosen vice chairman, and Ann Deters of Effingham was chosen secretary. The officers will each serve in those positions for one year.

The meeting also included the swearing-in of Reynolds, Mike Sullivan and Robert Luther, all of Mattoon, all who were re-elected in the April 4 balloting. They were each elected to a six-year term.
