Prom King and Queen Crowned at Teutopolis High School

The Teutopolis High School 2017 Prom King and Queen were crowned Saturday at the Junior-Senior Prom, held at the Effingham Knights of Columbus Building

Jacob Stevens was crowned Prom King, while Jamie Sandschafer was crowned Prom Queen.

The 2017 Prom Court includes Junior attendants Marianna Hemmen, Kara Weichman, Jared Bloemer, and Lee Hardiek. Other senior queen candidates were Jessica Drees, Cali Johnson, and Hannah Walk. Other senior king candidates were Lane Belleville, Trevor Hardiek, and Corey Schabbing.

The retiring queen is Emily Buehnerkemper, daughter of Brad and Elaine Buehnerkemper; and the retiring king is Wes Brummer, son of Mark Brummer and Linda (Waldhoff) Brummer.
