Rotary Recognizes Top Scholars at SAA Banquet

The Effingham Noon and Sunrise Rotary clubs honored top local high school scholars Wednesday night at the 49th Annual Society for Academic Achievement Banquet.

The event recognizes the top 5% students academically in the sophomore, junior and senior classes at Effingham and St. Anthony high schools.

The guest speaker was SIU Edwardsville Chancellor Dr. Randy Pembrook.
