Person Injured in Crash in Effingham Wednesday

One person was injured in a crash at Keller Drive and Jefferson Avenue Wednesday evening.

City police say the crash occurred at 6:20pm when a vehicle driven by 82-year-old Donald Bushur of Sigel turned in front of, and was struck by, a vehicle driven by 21-year-old Shasta Harrington of Watson.

A passenger in Bushur's vehicle, 77-year-old Anna Bushur of Sigel, was injured and was taken by ambulance to St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham for treatment. 

Donald Bushur was cited for failure to yield.
