The identity of the third suspect arrested in Monday's bomb threat incident at Newton Community High School and Jasper County Junior High School has been released.

Newton Police Chief Mike Swick issued a press release Wednesday identifying the suspect as 17-year-old Dominick W. Baker of Newton.  Baker, a student at NCHS, was arrested at school Tuesday morning on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Baker is being held in Jasper County Jail in Newton under $75,000 bond.

Two other suspects were arrested late Monday.  Their identities cannot be released as they are juveniles.  They were also each arrested on counts of disorderly conduct.  The two are being held at Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center.
