Brownstown Board Acts on Levy, Personnel

Brownstown school board members have passed a tax levy for the fiscal year calling for a total levy of just under one million dollars. The amount is $998,676.

The Board also approved some personnel items.

Resignations were accepted from Keri Buscher as an elementary Title I teacher and from Jake McWhorter as junior high assistant baseball coach.

The Board employed Nathan Scholes as junior high Scholar Bowl coach, and hired Kimberly Splechter as an elementary teacher.
