Application Forms Available for Christmas Store

Application forms are now available to shop at the FISH/Catholic Charities Christmas Store or to receive a special food package.

The goal of the program is that every child in Effingham County will have a toy for Christmas and every resident will have food on their table on Christmas Day.

The Christmas Store is available to Effingham County families who have restricted incomes with which to purchase Christmas toys for their children. The special food packages will be available to senior citizens, disabled individuals and families. Home delivery may be requested for seniors and disabled persons if needed.

Applications are available at the following locations:

FISH Service Center (708 S. Linden)

Catholic Charities (1502 E. Fayette)

CEFS Outreach Office (202 N. Banker)

Effingham Public Library (200 N. 3rd)

Senior Center (209 S. Merchant)

Effingham County Health Department (901 W. Virginia)

Heartland Human Services (1200 N. 4th)

All applications must be postmarked by Tuesday, November 22.
