One Injured in Three-Vehicle Crash Monday

One person was injured in a three-vehicle crash in Effingham Monday afternoon.

The crash happened on Keller Drive at the interstate overpass at 5:19pm. City police say a vehicle driven by 43-year-old Angela Miley of Shumway rear-ended a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Zade Thompson of Effingham, which caused Thompson's vehicle to rear-end a vehicle driven by 65-year-old Robert Einhorn of Olney.

Miley was injured, but refused treatment. Miley was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid the crash.
