Effingham Fire Department Response to Menards for a Vehicle Fire

At 9:36am Tuesday morning Effigham Fire Department responded to the Menards' parking lot at 1100 Avenue of Mid America for a vehicle fire. A dodge pickup had an electrical fire at the back of the truck where it was hooked to the trailer. The damage was limited to the truck as it was parked away from the building and other vehicles.

Fire crews were on-scene only a few minutes as the fire was out upon their arrival.
