Early voting is underway across Illinois. Yesterday was the first day voters could fill their ballot for the November 6th general election.

More than 40 early-voting sites in Cook County were open and officials say the turnout was brisk. Early voting ends November 3rd, and officials don't count them until after the polls close on the 6th.
