Trick or Treat Set for Effingham

Effingham Mayor Jeff Bloemker has set Trick or Treat Night in the City of Effingham for Monday, October 31 from 6 to 8pm.

Residents are asked to leave porch lights on if you wish to receive Trick or Treaters. 

Parents are encouraged to accompany children and check treats to make for a happy and safe Halloween.
