Details In On Crash at Banker and Wabash

Effingham City Police have released details on a crash that occurred at Banker and Wabash just before 2:30pm Tuesday.

Police say a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Andrew Dragovan of Fairview Heights pulled into the path of, and was struck by, a vehicle driven by 52-year-old Ruby Allen of Effingham.

Allen was injured and was taken by ambulance to HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

Dragovan was cited for disobeying a traffic control device.
