Injury Crash Near Fayette and Raney

One person was injured in a crash west of the intersection of Fayette and Raney just after 8am Wednesday.
Effingham City Police say a vehicle driven by 80-year-old Phyllis Haarmann of Effingham collided with a vehicle driven by 21-year-old Haley Koeberlein of Altamont.
Koeberlein was injured, but refused treatment.
Haarmann was cited for failure to yield.
