Dieterich the Focus of Community Celebration of Excellence Breakfast

This fall’s Vision 2020 Community Celebration of Excellence Breakfast will feature Brent Emmerich, owner and web developer at ewebdzine.com, Alexis Teichmiller, blogger and podcaster, and Alex Wright, marketing consultant at Wright’s Furniture. They will provide a panel discussion on how technology such as social media, the internet and web-based applications can help build and improve businesses and enrich personal lives.

This breakfast will be held on Wednesday, September 21 from 7:30-9:00 a.m. (Doors open at 7:00 a.m.) at the Dieterich High School Gymnasium, 205 S Pine St., Dieterich. Admission is $15 per person and $5 of each ticket sold will go to the Dieterich High School Scholarship Fund. Emmerich, a rural Dieterich native, develops websites, web-based applications, e-commerce websites and e-mail solutions to allow clients to run their business more efficiently. He provides tools for clients to be more productive and increase sales. His business, Ewebdzine, has built more than 100 websites in the last three years. Emmerich along with his wife, Kera, own KeraCutz Salon and KeraTanz Tanning Saloon.

Teichmiller is a digital marketeer, blogger, podcaster, co-founder of the creative community Creative Souls and growth ninja for ConvertKit. After owning an online women’s clothing boutique during college, she found her love for online marketing. Teichmiller is the author of Do it Brave: How to Fearlessly Chase What you Want in Life and Business. Her mission in life is to inspire people to be leap takers and dream makers in the world of social media. A native of Dieterich, Teichmiller resides in Nashville.

Wright is carrying on the family business at Wright’s Furniture in Dieterich, a business that recently celebrated its 127th year of business. He was also employed as a marketing specialist before returning to the family business in continuing to grow and serve his home community. Wright also serves as a member of the Dieterich Business Association and as president-elect of YBNext.

Several Dieterich residents and students will participate in the program including Paul Romack, emcee, and Tyler Higgs, invocation. Members of American Legion Post 628 will post the colors while selected students will lead the pledge of allegiance and several members of the Dieterich High School Chorus will sing the Star Spangled Banner.

Several door prizes donated by local groups, organizations and families from Dieterich will be awarded.
