100+ Women Who Care Effingham County Award Harmony Playground Funds

100+ Women Who Care Effingham County has awarded Harmony Playground their latest cash award.

Harmony Playground, the accessible playground to be developed northwest of Workman Sports and Wellness Complex to serve all kids regardless of ability, received $12,500 from the group.

100+ Women Who Care Effingham County involves women from the community who each agree to contribute $100 each time the group meets and then votes on what organizations will be the recipient. At the initial meeting of the group in April, $11,700 was awarded to CEFS Golden Circle Nutrition Program.
