Collision at Merchant and Temple Injures One Driver

A collision at Merchant and Temple in Effingham injured one of the drivers.

Effingham city police say the crash occurred at 8:01am Monday. A vehicle driven by 15-year-old Sarah Carr of Newton pulled in front of, and was struck by, a vehicle driven by 35-year-old Devin Radloff of Effingham.

Radloff was injured, but refused treatment.

Carr was cited for failure to yield.
