Crash at Keller and Evergreen Monday

One person was injured in a crash at Keller and Evergreen Monday afternoon.

The crash happened at 2:16pm. City police say a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Elizabeth Haines of Effingham rear-ended a vehicle driven by 16-year-old Lindsey Stephenson of Effingham.

A juvenile passenger in Haines' vehicle sustained injuries, but refused treatment. Haines was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid the crash.
