Effingham Unit 40 School District and Catholic Charities will partner again this year to provide the Summer Cafe Lunch for Kids.

The Cafe will operate at West Side School, located at 900 W. Edgar Avenue, in Effingham. Lunch will be served Monday-Friday from June 6-July 22. Food will be available from 11am-1pm.

The program is available to children who are under age 18. Lunches are served at no charge. There is no income eligibility requirement. Children under the age of eight must be accompanied by an adult.

Various organizations and businesses also partner with Unit 40 to offer fun activities and educational activities at the Cafe.
