Craig Carr Returning to St. Anthony

After several years in the Jasper school district, Craig Carr is returning to Effingham to work at St. Anthony High School.

St. Anthony Principal Greg Fearday said Carr will return as Director of Curriculum and as guidance counselor. Fearday said of Carr, "We are excited to have him join our team at St. Anthony High School. He brings a great deal of experience and is a man of great respect. He will be a great asset to our students."

While in the Jasper school district, Carr was assistant principal and athletic director at Jasper County Junior High, Principal at Ste. Marie Elementary, District Curriculum and Grants Director, and most recently principal at Newton Elementary School.

Carr was a teacher and coach at St. Anthony High School from 1991 to 1995, worked in the Rushville school district in 1996, and served as Sacred Heart Grade School principal in Effingham from 1996 to 2000.
