Three Juveniles Arrested for Mob Action, Theft

Three juveniles were arrested by Effingham City Police on counts of mob action and theft.

City Detective Todd Ebbert said the three were involved in a burglary from a vehicle. Each of the three boys is 15 years old and are from Effingham, Watson and Altamont, respectively. Their names are not available due to their age.

The arrests were made on Thursday.
