A former member has been reappointed to the Windsor City Council to fill a vacancy.

Rex Kunzeman is back on the Council after his reappointment at a special meeting of the group. Kunzeman fills a vacancy created by the resignation of Jeremy Voris.

Voris resigned as part of the conditions of his plea bargain on a count of official misconduct. Voris admitted to letting his wife charge fuel for her personal vehicle to the city's account.
